How does the Warehouse Sale work?

💚 Browse the items at the venue and get to bring home 25 items (if you purchased early bird tickets)
💚 Every piece costs $5 (for walk ins)
💚 Furnitures are being sold as well (only for walk-ins)

Where is the event located at?

💚 The event is happening at our Warehouse located in 11 Woodlands Close. We are at unit #09-39.

*The nearest MRT is Admiralty MRT and is a 10 minutes walk to the building.

What are the costs? How can I pay?

❗We accept only scan to pay (PayNow/PayLah) at our event. Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If I am an existing swap member, can I use my Shop/Online/Event points?

What is the quality of the event items?

Accepted Answer

The quality of the event items are a mix of perfect and a tiny bit less than perfect. The swap squad only accepts items that we know others would be delighted to receive.

Are there are menswear items?

Accepted Answer

We have VERY limited menswear and kidswear items. There are mostly womenswear items available for sale.

Question 8

Can I purchase more than 1 ticket? Can I purchase additional items on top of my ticket?

💚 Yes! You can purchase more than one ticket. Find promos that you can avail of below.

💰 Each additional item is at $5

Are products from the event returnable or exchangeable?

❗ No, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Question 10

Is furniture included in my ticket?

Accepted Answer

❗Unfortunately not! Furnitures are sold separately at the event. Your early bird ticket only allows you to bring home up to 25 fashion items.

Can items from the event be re-swapped in?

Accepted Answer

❗ If you take care of your items, we don’t see why not! However, do note that items must pass our quality check again. It is not a guarantee that items swapped out by you will be accepted again.

Question 12

Can I do swapping on the event day?

Accepted Answer

❗ Unfortunately not! Swapping in can be done at our Swap Shop located in The Centrepoint #02-04A (opens daily from 12-9pm).

Question 13

Can I try on the clothes?

Accepted Answer

There will be strictly NO trying on of clothes.

However, you can bring along a measuring tape with you to help you measure the size of the garment :)

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

❗ Refunds are challenging as this is a non-profit event. The nominal service fee charged goes towards the various costs associated with preparing for the event.

However, we understand there are situations outside of your control which prevent you from participating in the event. So if you really, really, can’t participate after purchasing a ticket, write in to hello@swapaholic.com and we will credit your registration fee towards a Swap Shop Package.

Can I change the date I am coming for the event?

❗ We completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we're more than happy to accommodate your request for a date change.

Please write in to hello@swapaholic.com with the new date that works best for you and we will make the necessary arrangements to ensure your event is rescheduled accordingly.
