Get to know the tastemakers behind the workshop

MARY VICTOR

Mary victor is a professional makeup artist and coach with 11 years of experience working for movies, fashion shows and commercials.

She coaches people on how to apply makeup and does masterclasses too. She is also an activist that advocates for body neutrality and founded The Body Within to raise awareness on body image issues.

FELICIA LEE

Felicia is a minimalist turned style analyst and image consultant, specializing in personal colour analysis and fashion framework analysis, also known as skeletal analysis in Korea.

As the first English-speaking person to learn fashion framework analysis in Japan, and the first to introduce it to Southeast Asia, she adds a personal touch with personal advice for different cultural groups.

FASHION PARADE

Fashion Parade is a Gen Z community empowering youths to embrace sustainable fashion.

They create bite-sized educational content, share insights on our GEN Z Chats podcast, and spark conversations through in-person events. Specializing in Gen Z-style content and upcycling workshops, they keep theie community connected to the fashion industry locally and globally.

This event is all about celebrating you, style, sustainability, and self-care, all in

one fun-filled session!

Frequently asked questions

SwapVerse

A. APPLY FOR A BOOTH

✏️ Set up your Swap Shop as a Business or Individual Seller via this link

✏️ List at least 5 products that represent your collection well. Photos help our curators decide if your products fit our customer base.

You'll hear back within 2 weeks regarding your application status.

B. APPROVAL PROCESS

We’ll send you an email to:

✏️ Pay monthly rack fee before selling period starts: $330 for Business, $100 for Individual Seller per rack

✏️ Upload the rest of your collection in your account. (max. 80 for Business, max. 40 for Individual Seller)

✏️ Drop off your items arranging an appointment with the Swap Squad via email. At this point, your items will be quality checked.

✏️ Share your preferred payout method: Paynow or Bank Transfer

C. GET PAID!

✏️ You will get paid 70% of products that are sold.

✏️ All payouts will be released within 2 weeks after your sales are consolidated.

✏️ You will get paid monthly if you have secured a booth tenure of more than one month.

✏️ At the end of your selling period, collect unsold stocks before final payment is made.

D. TOP UP

✏️ When selling for more than one month, you are permitted to top up items monthly.

We offer comprehensive logistical support, including setup assistance and dedicated on-site staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the event. Additionally, we’ll promote your brand with targeted advertisements and posts across our social media channels. You can also bring your own display materials and branding. We recommend discussing your setup needs with us in advance to ensure it aligns with our space and aesthetic guidelines.
