Yes. Registration is required for both Readers and Attendees. Reader registration is an application and requires approval.

Flash fiction is an extremely short, self-contained narrative under 1,000 words that delivers a powerful moment or idea with precision and emotional impact.

No. Reader pieces must be complete flash fiction stories, not excerpts from novels, memoirs, or longer manuscripts

Submit your details and story information via the form. All applications go through a curation process, and only approved readers will receive a confirmation email and reading slot.

Approved readers will receive a 3–5 minute reading slot.

Yes! Attendees are welcome to listen, mingle, and enjoy the swap experience.

Bring one preloved clothing item. Swapaholic will quality-check it and convert it to points you can use to redeem another item during or after the event.

Quality Check: All items will go through a quality check before acceptance. Items that do not meet our standards will be returned. Accepted Items: We accept women’s, men’s, and kids’ fashion items, including clothing, bags, shoes, accessories, and jewelry. Only new with tags swimwear, sports bras, and socks will be accepted. Not Accepted: We cannot accept the following items: • Watches and any digital or battery-operated items • Used hosiery and underwear • Company branded merchandise • Items with animal / pet fur Condition and Cleaning: Please ensure all items are in good condition—free from defects, missing parts, discoloration, or broken/torn sections—and that they are washed and clean before donation. Value Preference: For swapping we accept items of any value.
